“Our dominant desire for you is that you lighten up in all of this, that you be more playful about it and that you let your dominant intention be to reach for thoughts that feel good. Let your awareness of how you feel be your guiding light, because your mood or your attitude is everything.
When you feel playful, you’re letting it in.
When you feel joyful, you’re letting it in.
When you feel interest or eagerness, or anticipation, you’re letting it in.
When you feel pensiveness or aggravation or fear or frustration or annoyance, or any of those emotions that don’t feel so good in your solar plexus — just stop and laugh and say, “I’m not letting it in. Hmm, well, maybe this isn’t worth all of that.
Maybe this doesn’t matter that much to me.
Maybe I really am wanting to let it in at all costs.
Maybe I’m willing to give this the benefit of the doubt.
Maybe I’m willing to look the other way.
Maybe I’m willing to reach for a thought that feels better.
Maybe I’m willing to ignore the reality and explore a little fantasy.
Maybe it is more important to me to let it in.
Let what in? Life force. Well-being. Abundance. God force. All that I’ve ever considered to be good.” Good. We think you’ve got it. There is great love here for you. We are complete.”
